Firstly, check if there is no smoke or ash in the nozzle of the smoking furnace, and if the furnace body is clean and free of debris.
 
2. Check if the power supply of the smoking oven is normal, and turn on the power after inspection.
 
3. The steam pressure required for the boiling function cannot be lower than 0.2mpa. The steam pressure required for the soaking function to increase temperature cannot be higher than 0.4mpa. If the pressure is too high during boiling, such as the sausage casing, it is likely to burst and reduce product quality.
 
4. The temperature monitoring of the smoking furnace is observed by a temperature analyzer inside the furnace. Most models of smoking furnace temperature analyzers are located inside the furnace and can be placed inside the furnace to naturally bend without hindering the entry and exit of the handcart.
 
5. According to the smoking requirements and process flow of your own product, you can freely choose the suitable process through the touch screen page. Generally, the soaking temperature of the product should not be lower than 75 degrees, and the boiling temperature should not be lower than 93 degrees. After setting the temperature parameters, the page "starts the process". After returning to the monitoring screen, press the "start" button, and the smoking furnace will start smoking according to the original process parameters.
 
6. The smoking furnace is equipped with a safety circuit. If a similar situation occurs, press the emergency stop power supply. The emergency stop power supply can only be removed after the fault is cleared.
 
After finishing work every day, the smoke furnace should be cleaned by increasing the temperature and fan torque inside the furnace to improve the cleaning effect. You can also refer to "How to repair, ensure and remove the smoke furnace" to check if there is a fire in the remaining fuel in the sprayer. After the inspection is completed and there are no problems, turn off the power and steam source.
