Stainless steel mixing tanks are designed with standardized and user-friendly structures and configurations according to the requirements of production processes. The mixing tank can achieve feed control, discharge control, mixing control, and other manual and automatic controls during the mixing process. Mixing hanger, also known as water tank, is widely used in various fields such as coatings, pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, scientific research, etc. The equipment can be made of materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel according to the process requirements of the user's product, and heating and cooling devices can be installed to meet the process and production needs of different industries. 1. Available capacities: such as 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 600L, 1000L to 5000L, or other capacities.
 
2. Optional heating: using an electric heating rod inserted into the jacket, heating evenly without cold zones. Inject thermal oil or water into the jacket as a heating medium to generate heat energy and heat the materials inside the tank.

4. When selecting heating function, temperature control: using an electric thermocouple to measure temperature and connecting it to a temperature controller for temperature control (temperature difference±≤ 1° C), and can adjust the temperature of the material.
