1. Inspection of switch box: Check if the power cord of the non fuse switch is loose, and if it is loose, it must be securely tightened;
2. Confirm and adjust the tension of the chains, mesh conveyor belts, pressure conveyor belts, and belts in each department.
3. Whether the gear oil of the continuously variable transmission gearbox is excessive or insufficient. If it is excessive, please drain the excess oil from the oil drain plug, and if it is insufficient, please replenish it from the oil filler.
4. Maintenance and upkeep must first turn off the power switch to keep the equipment in a stopped state.
(1) Belt adjustment: At the middle of the two belt pulleys, use your fingers (middle and index fingers) to compress the belt by 7-12mm as the standard value. When it exceeds the standard value, adjust the idler to the specified tightness.
(2) Chain adjustment: Press the chain with your fingers (middle and index fingers) in the middle of the two sprockets, with a compression amount of 4-9mm as the standard value. When the standard value is exceeded, adjust the idler to the specified tightness.
(3) Inspection, refueling, and replacement of oil for continuously variable transmission gearboxes: It is strictly prohibited to remove the oil inspection plug under smoking conditions. The appropriate amount of oil should be added as soon as it flows out, and if it is insufficient, it should be replenished.
If the stainless steel fruit and vegetable cleaning machine is not needed temporarily and needs to be left idle for a period of time, maintenance and upkeep are even more crucial. Please be sure to operate it according to the following methods.
1. Each component is attached with soil, debris, etc., rinse with clean water, dry with a dry cloth, and keep the equipment clean;
2. All debris and vegetable leaves attached to the rotating parts, belts, chains, etc. should be completely removed.
3. Fully lubricate each rotating part and friction active part to prevent rusting.
